Please share with us your modifications over time with regular size planes and helos?
I know of the helos mods made by some like Randy here.
And I hope some of you looked at the Russian planes that Sidekicky created using F-16, etc parts.
Some of us also use the 1/144 and Furuta planes..

I made 6 E-767s out of MM Airbus planes. Yeah, they're not really E-767s but look close enough. Ring Raiders planes were my favorite to modify. Made Kfirs
out of the Mirage, a MiG-35 (MiG-29 with canard foreplanes) out of a MiG-29, and RF-104s and RF-4s out of F-104s and F-4s, though those were simple and just
required repainting. Also made RF-12A2 interceptors (fictional plane from Ace Combat 3) from SR-71s.
As for MMM planes, I had a busted-up F-14 and F-16 that I modified. Made the F-16 into an FSX prototype/Agile Falcon with canards and different tailfins. The F-14 was simpler, made it into an F-14E STOLcat with thrust vectoring and rear-facing radar (once again, fictional plane from Tigers of Terra). Also had to make new wings for it. Do have some Furuta planes too. 2 KC-10s, and an ABL-1A. Also two Model Power Il-76s that I'm kinda at a loss for what to use for. Maybe modified to be J-STARS type aircraft? |
